It depends on the model and on how much of it is customized, so no single number holds for the whole range. Each product page carries a reference MOQ for that model, and the quantity we can actually run for your order is confirmed in writing with the quotation.
Inner wall in food-grade 304 / 18-8 or 316 / 18-10; the outer shell in 201 / 304 / 316 as the product and the request allow. Lids are food-grade PP and BPA-free. A special grade is reviewed for feasibility, cost, MOQ, lead time and compliance before it is quoted.
Yes. The logo goes on by laser engraving, silk printing or 3D printing, and the colour is matched against a Pantone reference, your own artwork or a physical colour sample. What the production run is held to is the approved sample, not the screen it was chosen on.

Both are possible. Existing-mould customization changes the logo, colour, surface finish, accessories and packaging on a body that already exists, with no new body mould — that is the more common route. A new body means tooling and a moulded physical sample: a 3D sample is approved before the tool is cut, and the sample from the tool is approved before mass production.
