Cookie Policy
This website sets no cookies of its own for a visitor. Here is what does load, what it can leave behind, and how to stop it.

In short
The position, said briefly.
The sections below say the same thing in full, in the order a reviewer reads them.
- No analytics, no advertising or remarketing pixel and no session recording is installed on this site.
- The site itself sets no cookies for an ordinary visitor; functional cookies appear only when an administrator signs in.
- Two Google services load in your browser: the font service on every page, and the map on the Contact page.
- WhatsApp is involved only when you choose to open a chat.
- Block cookies or block third-party frames and the site still works — the address, email and telephone number are written out on the Contact page.
01
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep, so that the site can recognise the same browser later. Some cookies are what makes a site work — a sign-in, a basket, a language choice. Others are used to measure, to personalise or to advertise.
This page is about which of those this website causes, and which of them it does not.
02
Cookies this website sets itself
For an ordinary visitor reading pages here: none. That is not a promise added on top of the site — it is what the site is. There is no visitor login, no basket, no comment section and no newsletter, so there is no cookie to keep you recognised.
WordPress sets functional cookies only when someone signs in to the administration area, and those belong to the person running the site rather than to a visitor.
The enquiry form is not a cookie. What you type is sent when you press Send, and it is stored as a private record — see the Privacy Policy for what happens to it then.

What loads from other companies
These are the third parties your browser can contact while reading this site. None of them is an advertising or measurement service.
- Google Fonts — every page loads its typefaces from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address, the page you are reading and your browser's request details. How Google handles that request is set out in its own privacy policy.
- Google Maps — the Contact page shows an embedded map of the factory location. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and can set its own cookies, for map preferences and similar. The address is written in text beside the map, so the map is not needed to find us.
- placehold.co — where real photography is not in place yet, the standing image placeholders on some pages are served by this service, which receives your IP address.
- WhatsApp — the WhatsApp buttons and links on this site point to wa.me. Nothing is loaded from WhatsApp while you read a page; WhatsApp (Meta) is involved only once you open the chat, and then its own terms apply.
Beyond those, this site loads no tag manager, no advertising network, no chat widget and no embedded video.
04
No analytics and no advertising
Nothing on this site measures you. There is no Google Analytics or GA4, no Matomo or Plausible, no Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok pixel, no Google Ads remarketing tag, no heat-map or session-recording tool, and no consent-manager script quietly placing non-essential cookies of its own.
If any of that changes, this page changes first, and the date at the top moves.
05
How to control cookies
Every mainstream browser will show you the cookies a site holds, block all of them, block third-party cookies, or delete what is stored. Those controls sit in the browser's privacy or site-data settings; they work here the same way they work anywhere.
Turning cookies off does not stop you using this site: the pages, the enquiry form, email and WhatsApp all work without them. Blocking third-party frames removes the Google map from the Contact page, and the address is written next to it in text.
A "do not track" or global privacy control signal makes no difference here, because there is nothing on this site for it to switch off.

Changes to this policy
This policy changes when the site changes, and the date at the top of the page moves with it.
Questions about cookies or about your own information go to admin@icobottle.com. The Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions are the other two legal pages.

A question about your own information, a clause you need in writing, or a document required for a review — it is answered by the same team that reads the enquiry form.
