Both are made: single-wall for a lighter, lower-cost mug, and double-wall vacuum for one that holds its temperature. Which one applies is a property of the model, stated on its product page.
Lids are food-grade PP and BPA-free. The lid a model takes is part of that model rather than a free choice across the range, so it is stated on the product page.
The reference is 500–1,000 pcs on an existing mould. The quantity we can actually run for your order is confirmed in writing with the quotation, because it depends on the model and on how much of it is customized.
