01 — Existing product order
From an existing product to a shipped order, in ten steps.
Most orders start from a mold we already hold: the product exists, and only the parts the brand sees are customized.
01
Inquiry
Comes in by form, email or WhatsApp: company, market, product, quantity, customization and target date.
02
Requirement Review
Product, quantity, customization, packaging and required date checked against the mold that would run it, before anything is priced.
03
Quote
An indicative price first where the information is enough to estimate it, then the formal quotation once requirement, MOQ, sample route and terms are fixed.
04
Sample if needed
A stock or existing product moves to a customized sample, so logo, color and packaging are approved before the order is placed.
05
Final Specification
Logo, color, packaging and version fixed in writing; artwork checked for obvious errors before mass printing.
06
PO + Deposit
PO reviewed, order confirmed on receipt of the 30% deposit, production information completed before release to the line.
07
Production
Runs to the confirmed specification; key approvals, changes and payments stay on record.
08
QC
In-process and finished-goods inspection against the approved sample and final specification, with AQL-based sampling and batch identification.
09
Shipment
Ready-to-ship confirmation, the shipping arrangement and the balance settled against the order terms; the goods are released under the same conditions.
10
Warranty / After-sales
The order is followed up after delivery; a warranty or claim case is handled against what was recorded on the order.
02 — New product development
From a drawing to mass production, in eight stages.
The customer brings the design, we review manufacturability, then move through sample, tooling and first-article approval. A new body mold is what separates development from ordinary customization.
01
Drawing / Design
Customer drawing, 3D file or a clear functional brief; NDA and exclusivity terms agreed before drawings are shared.
02
Feasibility & Manufacturability Review
R&D and production check structure, material, tolerances and process route. The mold requirement is decided by R&D and production together, not by sales alone, and the finding comes back with the commercial conditions before the customer commits development cost.
03
Commercial Confirmation
Estimated bulk price, MOQ, 3D sample fee and mold fee confirmed before development spending starts; sample and mold fees paid in stages.
04
3D Sample
Shows form, proportion and fit for approval before any tooling is cut.
05
Tooling / Mold Development
Mold fee settled, tooling built to the approved 3D direction.
06
Molded Physical Sample
The physical sample from the new tool, reviewed against the approved specification and tolerance.
07
First Article Inspection (FAI)
First article inspection against the approved sample and final specification, before the bulk run is authorised.
08
Mass Production
Bulk order and deposit, then production, in-process and finished-goods inspection, and shipment.
03 — Samples, MOQ, Shipping & Warranty
The terms that are published, and the terms that are confirmed per order.
Reference figures come from the values the site already publishes. Anything that depends on the product, the customization or the destination is confirmed with the quotation for that specific order.
- Sample route From stock product to customized sample
-
An existing or stock product can be shown as it is, or customized with logo, color and packaging for approval. A new design moves through a 3D sample and tooling, and sample and mold fees are confirmed before development spending starts.
- Reference MOQ Reference MOQ before exact MOQ
-
Reference MOQ is 500–1,000 pcs from an existing mold, ≈3,000 pcs for a new body mold and 100–500 pcs from stock. The exact MOQ is confirmed per product, customization and packaging.
- Payment & quotation Deposit, balance and validity
-
Bulk terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance; open-account terms are not offered at present. A formal quotation carries a default validity of 60 days.
- Shipping & after-sales Shipping and after-sales are set per order
-
Shipping method, delivery date and after-sales terms are agreed for the specific order and stated on the quotation. This page publishes no standard transit time, no shipping price and no warranty period.
04 — Request a Quote
Tell us where the order stands.
Send the product or reference model, the target quantity and what should change about it — the flows above are the route it takes from there.
What helps a fast answer
- Product or reference model — a category, a model, or a drawing of your own
- Quantity — target pieces per SKU
- Logo, color and packaging — what should change about the product
The first answer needs only the reference product, the target quantity and the customization you have in mind. Artwork or a reference photo can follow on WhatsApp, quoting the product you asked about.
