We review the requirement
A person reads the product or reference model, the quantity, the target market and any drawing you attached — and checks the route before anything is priced.
Start a project
I have a project. Send the requirement and we review it before quoting. The more of the fields you fill in, the faster the quotation comes back with a usable bulk price, MOQ and lead time instead of a range.
What helps a fast answer
Name, email and a short description are needed to start; company, product, quantity and artwork all help. Bulk terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance, with no open-account terms at present; a formal quotation carries a 60-day default validity.
01 — What Happens After You Send It
Nothing is priced from the form alone: the product, the quantity and the route are checked first, and the answer carries the route that fits.

Bulk price, MOQ, sample route and timing for the requirement as it was sent. A formal quotation carries a default validity of 60 days.
03
An existing product moves to a customization sample; a new design moves through a 3D sample and tooling. Sample and mold fees are confirmed with you before development spending starts.
04
After the PO and deposit: production, in-process and finished-goods inspection, and shipment — with batch traceability kept on record.
02 — Existing Product or New Development
The requirement decides which route the answer comes back on; you do not have to choose before sending.
Existing product
Most orders start from a mold we already hold: choose the body, then change logo, color, surface finish and packaging. Unit price, MOQ, sample cost and lead time are recalculated for the customization.
OEM & customizationNew development
The customer brings the design, we review manufacturability, then move through sample, tooling and first-article approval before mass production. A new body mold is what separates development from ordinary customization.
