OEM & Customization

Can you customize an existing product for my project or brand?

01 — Existing Mold Customization

Take a product that already exists and make it yours.

Most orders start from an existing mold: choose the body, then decide color and surface, logo, accessories and packaging. Adding a process that needs no new tooling stays an existing-product customization — with unit price, MOQ, sample cost and lead time recalculated.

The order of decisions

  1. 01

    Base product

a mold we already hold, or a stock product; the body every later decision is made on

  2. 02

    Color & surface

spray and powder coating, brushed and polished finishes, matched against the brand’s color reference

  3. 03

    Logo & printing

logo printing — laser engraving, silk printing and 3D printing — plus other finishes where the product and quantity suit them; artwork is supplied by the customer, and size, position and process are checked before production

  4. 04

    Accessories

food-grade PP lids, BPA-free, with straws, silicone parts and cloth bags sourced and matched so one order ships complete

  5. 05

    Packaging

retail box, gift box and carton programmes, each carrying its own MOQ and artwork route: artwork, factory check, proof, customer approval

  6. 06

    Commercials recalculated

unit price, MOQ, sample cost and lead time are recalculated once a process is added

Next step

Sample route: check the effect on the product itself — an existing sample, or a sample carrying your own logo, color and finish. Whether a pre-production sample is required depends on the customer, the order and the project risk.

02 — Reference MOQ Logic

The MOQ depends on what the order changes.

These are reference volumes per SKU, before color, logo process, packaging and accessories are counted. Below the reference volume a small-batch unit price can be recalculated where production allows it; a multi-SKU order is managed per SKU, while the total volume still affects the commercial discussion.

Existing mold

500–1,000 pcs

Reference MOQ per SKU

New mold development

≈3,000 pcs

Preferred volume for a new mold

Stock product

100–500 pcs

Per color, logo customization possible

Multi-SKU order

Per SKU

Total volume still affects the commercial discussion

What moves the number

  • SKU, color and logo process — each one is set up separately
  • Packaging and accessories — a box or a carton programme may carry its own MOQ
  • Supplier MOQ and production setup — a bought-out part brings its own minimum
  • Order total volume — a larger total gives more room in the commercial discussion

MOQ is not a mechanical rule, so the confirmed figure sits on the quotation for the specific product, quantity and customization.

03 — Quality

Show evidence, not decoration.

A customized product is checked the way a buyer audits it: inspection stages, measurements, tests, reports and traceability — with photographs of the actual inspection rather than of a badge.

  • Incoming inspection — bought-out and outsourced parts verified against specification before they enter production
  • In-process inspection — checks through forming, welding, polishing, coating and printing, so a defect is caught before it multiplies
  • Finished goods inspection — against the approved sample, final specification and agreed tolerance, with AQL-based sampling and batch identification
  • Traceability and nonconformance — batch traceability on records; major, batch or repeated issues escalate to root cause analysis, CAPA and 8D

04 — Related Products & Applications

The same product, in a different business.

Some buyers are not drinkware companies at all. Their business simply needs a bottle, flask or cup in a specific role, and the customization is chosen for that role.

05 — Request a Quote

Tell us the product, the quantity and what should change.

The more of the fields you fill in, the faster the quotation comes back with a usable bulk price, MOQ and lead time instead of a range.

What helps a fast answer

  • Product or reference model — a category, a model, or a drawing of your own
  • Quantity — target pieces per SKU
  • Logo, color, surface finish and packaging — what should change about the product

The first answer needs only the reference product, the target quantity and the customization you have in mind. Artwork, a drawing or a reference photo can follow afterwards on WhatsApp, quoting the product you asked about.
