Privacy Policy
What happens to the information you send us, what does not happen to it, and how to ask us about your own.

In short
The position, said briefly.
The sections below say the same thing in full, in the order a reviewer reads them.
- We collect what you type into an enquiry form and the files you choose to attach — nothing about you is collected silently.
- This website runs no analytics service, no advertising pixel and no session recording.
- An enquiry is stored as a private record on our own server and emailed to our own mailbox. It is not sold, rented or passed to an advertising network.
- Two Google services load on the site: fonts on every page, and the map on the Contact page. Nothing else comes from a third party.
- To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to admin@icobottle.com.
01
Who is responsible for your information
This website is operated by Jinhua Gaolan Metal Products Co., Ltd., Shentang Industrial Zone, Wuyi County, Jinhua, Zhejiang, China — the company behind Icoflask. We are the party responsible for the information described on this page.
For anything in this policy, including a request about your own information: email admin@icobottle.com, or send a message on WhatsApp to +86 138 1998 9268.
02
What we collect, and when
Three things reach us from this website, and all three come from you:
- What you type into an enquiry form — your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the requirement you describe: product or reference model, quantity, capacity, material, customization, colour, packaging, target market, compliance requirement and target delivery date.
- The files you attach — drawings, artwork or photographs you choose to upload with a form, up to three files.
- The page the form was sent from — so we know which page your question refers to.
There are no accounts on this site and no newsletter, so there is nothing else to collect. No analytics service, advertising pixel or session-recording tool is installed on any page.
03
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation for the requirement you described.
- To continue the project if you decide to order — sample, specification, production, inspection and shipment.
- To keep the record of an order that was placed, which an export order has to have.
We do not use your details for advertising, we do not build a marketing profile of you, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information.
04
Where it is kept, and how it is protected
A form submission is stored as a private record on our own server. It has no public address: it is reachable only from our WordPress admin area, by the people who answer enquiries.
Attached drawings are stored outside the public part of the website, in a folder that denies direct web access, and can be opened only by a signed-in administrator.
The same submission is emailed to our own mailbox so it cannot be missed. Our hosting provider and our email provider process that data to run the site and the mailbox for us.
05
How long we keep it
An enquiry is kept while it is live and while we may still need it to answer you. An enquiry that did not become an order is deleted on request.
If an order follows, the enquiry, the drawings and the correspondence stay in our project and accounting records, because a delivered batch has to remain traceable — the same reason we keep inspection records.
This page does not put one number of months on every record, because the periods differ between a quotation that went nowhere and an order that shipped. If you need the retention period for a privacy review, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.
06
Who else sees it
- Our hosting and email providers — they run the server and the mailbox; they do not use the data for their own purposes.
- The freight forwarder and the bank — if an order is placed, the delivery details are shared with the forwarder and the bank that handle that shipment.
- WhatsApp — if you write to us there, that conversation is processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms, not ours.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not pass it to anyone else unless the law requires it or you ask us to.
07
Google services used on this site
Two Google services load in your browser when you read this site:
- Google Fonts — every page loads its typefaces from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address and the page you are reading.
- Google Maps — the Contact page shows an embedded map of the factory location. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and can set its own cookies.
Both are Google's services and are governed by Google's privacy policy. If you would rather not contact Google, the site is still readable: the map is not required to read the Contact page, where the address, email and telephone number are written out in text.
08
Asking us about your own information
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, ask us to delete it, or object to a particular use. Email admin@icobottle.com and we answer within 30 days.
This applies wherever you are. If your local law gives you more — the data protection rules of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, for example, or the California Consumer Privacy Act — tell us which one you are asking under and we follow it.
We do not sell personal information as that term is used in the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not use your details for targeted advertising.
09
Children
This is a business-to-business website about manufacturing. It is not written for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If a child's details reach us, tell us and they are deleted.
10
Changes to this policy
If the way this site handles information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top of the page moves. The version you are reading is the version that applies.
The three legal pages are the Privacy Policy, the Terms & Conditions and the Cookie Policy, and the footer links to all three from every page.
Questions
Ask us about this page.
A question about your own information, a clause you need in writing, or a document required for a review — it is answered by the same team that reads the enquiry form.
