Product features
- Paint matched to your colour: The body is sprayed to the colour you specify, matt or gloss, rather than picked from a fixed range, so the flask follows the label, the box and the brand reference instead of sitting a shade away from them.
- Several colours by screen, not by sheet: Artwork is printed onto the painted body one screen per colour, so three or four flat colours can sit on one flask — the pink, blue and yellow of the 7oz — with no printed film wrapped round the body.
- Paint where you want it: The paint can cover the whole body, or stop as a panel with polished steel left at the shoulder and the base, so the colour is framed in steel; the cap, neck and cap holder stay bright chrome on either.
- Flat colour, not a photograph: A screen lays one solid colour at a time, which is why bold lettering, logos and simple line art come out clean, and why gradients, photographs and hairline detail are not what this process does.
- Existing body, new paint: The classic hip flask body is already tooled, so a new design changes the spray colour and the screens, not the mould, the sizes or the carton.
Customizing options
- Capacity: 3oz to 10oz — eight popular capacities, one item number each; the two flasks shown are 7oz and 6oz.
- Paint: Sprayed to the colour you name, matched against a brand reference or a Pantone number, in matt or gloss; one paint colour per flask, set when the order is placed.
- Paint coverage: Full body, with the colour carried round the shoulder and the base, or a painted panel that stops short and leaves polished steel above and below, as on the 6oz.
- Print artwork: Screen printed over the paint, one screen per colour, so two to four flat colours can go on one flask; bold lettering, logos and simple line art print cleanly, while gradients, photographs and fine hairlines are quoted against the file rather than promised.
- Packaging: White box, colour box or gift box, printed to the brand's artwork; a set can be boxed with a funnel or cups.
