• Silk-printed artwork: The design is laid onto the steel as opaque ink through a screen, so flat colour, a solid silhouette and a large wordmark all come out with clean edges and the same mark on every flask.
• Print across the whole face: A screen reaches the flat face edge to edge, so a souvenir scene, a mascot or lettering can run large enough to read across a shelf rather than being held to the size of a mark.
• A screen, not a die: Set-up is a screen per colour rather than a die or an engraving programme, so a design that changes with the park, the city or the event needs only a new screen, never a new body mould.
• Colour without coating: The body stays bare brushed stainless and the ink sits only where the print is, so the flask is still metal in the hand and there is no coating to chip along the edges.
• Existing body, print only: The flask body is already tooled, so a first order starts from the mould that exists; laser engraving or embossing can sit on the same flask beside the print.

Customizing options

• Capacity: 3oz to 10oz — eight popular capacities, one item number each; the flask shown is 6oz.
• Decoration: Silk printing is what is shown; laser engraving, embossing, spray painting, decal and leather wrap are also available, and two can sit on one flask.
• Print artwork: One screen is cut per colour from your line artwork, matched to a Pantone reference and approved on a pre-production sample, so lettering and the mascot are settled before the run.
• Surface finish: Bare brushed stainless, powder coating or spray painting; on bare steel the ink sits directly on the metal, on a coated body it prints over the colour.
• Packaging: White box, colour box or gift box, printed to the brand's artwork; a set can be boxed with a funnel or cups.
