- A gel layer that holds the cold: The double wall holds a gel layer that is frozen between uses, so the cup chills a cold drink without ice and keeps it cold on the way.
- One colour, silk printed: The cup is screen printed in one colour, blue, one pass of one screen, so the mark is flat and clean on the body.
- A fabric pouch to keep the cold in: Every cup slips into a custom fabric pouch, which adds a layer of insulation on the way and carries the cup.
- Screw lid, one hand, leak-proof: The lid screws onto the cup for cold drinks, opens and closes with one hand, and is made to stay leak-proof in a bag.
- AS body and lid, 350ML: Body and lid are AS plastic, double-walled around the gel, at 350ML, 7.5 x 18.5cm and 360g empty.
Customizing options
- Cup colour: The body colour is set by the order, at 1000 pcs per colour.
- Logo: Silk screen in one colour — blue on this model — printed on the cup body. Laser and 3D printing are not available on this material.
- Printed decal: A printed pattern sheet (decal) can be applied to the body where the artwork carries more colour than one screen can put down.
- Pouch: A custom fabric pouch is supplied with each cup: it slips over the cup to keep the cold in and to carry it.

Use and care
Important precautions
- Never submerge the cup: water getting into the gel layer will damage the freezing function.
- Do not squeeze the body hard: the gel layer can rupture and leak.
- Keep sharp objects away: they can puncture the gel layer.
Cleaning, day to day
- Clean the inside only: wipe with a sponge or a soft cloth dampened in warm water and a little mild dish soap, working round the rim and the drinking opening.
- Wipe the outside quickly with a damp cloth and dry it at once, so water does not pool at the seams.
- Rinse the inside under running water with the flow kept low, then turn the cup upside down to drain.
Deep cleaning
- Odour: soak the inside in a baking soda solution for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Sanitising: pour boiling water into the inside only, keeping it off the gel layer.
- Stubborn stains: scrub gently with a toothbrush, keeping away from the seams.
Never
- Do not put the cup in a dishwasher.
- Do not sterilise at high temperature.
- Do not scrub it with steel wool or an abrasive pad.
- Do not soak the cup in water.
- Do not heat it in a microwave.
Storage
- Clean the cup promptly after each use.
- Dry it thoroughly before putting it in the freezer.
- Keep heavy items off it in storage.
- Check the cup regularly for gel leakage.
