Branded Gift Bottles for Jewellery & Accessories Brands

A jewellery, fashion or accessories brand wants a gift it can hand to a customer — at the counter, with a high-value order or sent by post — without developing a new product or becoming expert in drinkware.

The use

Where this product is used.

Brands from outside drinkware arrive with a clear commercial idea and no opinion about the product: a gift, a promotional item, a loyalty reward. That is enough to start.

We read the use case first — who receives it, when it is handed over, what the packaging has to survive — and then propose an existing mould that already fits, instead of quoting a new development.

Decoration carries the brand: a 3D printed logo gives the mark a physical presence on the body and on the lid, so the item stays recognisable when it is closed. Colours are matched to the brand’s palette.

The box is printed to the same standard, because a gift is judged in the customer’s hand, not in the warehouse. Mould, artwork, colour and box are then fixed, so a gifting calendar or a customer programme repeats instead of developing every year.

Requirements

What this use has to satisfy.

The short list a product has to meet for this use.

01

A product that fits the brand

Colour, surface finish and logo have to sit next to the brand's own products, not look like a giveaway from another category.

02

Branding that survives normal use

The mark belongs on the part the customer keeps, and it should still read as branded when the bottle is closed — which is why body and lid are decorated together.

03

Retail-ready packaging

The item has to arrive in a printed box that can be handed over or shipped as it is, with no repacking on the brand's side.

04

No new tooling

For a gift item, the budget belongs in decoration and packaging, not in a mould the brand would own but rarely use.

05

A specification that repeats

Once the item is written into a gifting calendar or a customer programme, it has to be reorderable to the same mould, colour and artwork.

06

Documents for the destination market

A food-contact item that carries someone else's brand needs the material and test documents that apply where it is sold.

Evidence

An actual project in this application.

The customer is described by the use case, not by name.

01

Context

An Italian jewellery company selling silver jewellery and accessories under its own brand through its own online store and retail locations, with gift-oriented merchandising built into the range: its gift pages are merchandised by price band, including ideas under €40, from €40 to €100 and over €100. Its own products are jewellery and accessories, so drinkware sits outside its category and is sourced rather than developed in house.

02

Requirement

The brand needed a gift item for its own customers: a 500 ml insulated bottle in its colours, with its own logo on the body and on the lid, supplied in a printed colour box. Because the item was a gift rather than a range extension, the customer wanted an existing mould — the spend belonged in decoration and packaging — and a specification that could be repeated. As a non-drinkware buyer it also needed product, decoration and packaging specified and supplied as one finished item.

03

Solution

We supplied the gift on an existing mould: a 500 ml double-walled stainless steel bottle already in our range, decorated with a 3D printed logo on the body and a matching 3D printed mark on the lid, and packed in a printed colour box. No new body mould was needed, so the budget stayed in decoration and packaging. Mould, artwork, colour and box were fixed at the first order so the project could be repeated.

04

Outcome

The item went into use as a branded customer gift in orders of 3,000 pcs, and the brand has reordered against the same specification every two to three months. For the customer the result is a gift that carries its own name and packaging without a product development project behind it, and a reorder that is a repeat rather than a new build.
