Water Bottles

It is model by model, and each product page lists the sizes that model is made in — the flip-straw vacuum bottle in 16, 18, 24 and 32 OZ, the bamboo-lid bottle in 350, 500, 750 and 1000 ml. A size that is missing from a model's list is not automatically available: tell us the model and the size you need and we will say whether it is a variation of the existing body or a new one.

The vacuum models are double-walled with a vacuum between the two walls, and their product pages carry a sweat-free exterior among the features, so condensation stays off the outside. A single-wall body is made as well, for products that do not have to hold temperature.

The lid is its own part, so it is chosen with the model rather than made as part of the body: the bottles here are made with a flip-straw lid and with a bamboo lid. Tell us which closure your product needs and we will say which model carries it or what has to be made.

Yes. Alongside the stainless steel vacuum bodies the range includes BPA-free double-walled plastic bottles, which take a printed sleeve instead of a metal finish — the small-animal case on the Applications page is made from one.

Packing is per model and is listed with it: 50 pcs per carton for the 16 OZ flip-straw bottle, 25 pcs per carton for the 350 ml bamboo-lid bottle. What travels with the bottle is part of the customization — your artwork on a printed sleeve or wrap and on the instructions, as the small-animal case shows — and the packing confirmed in the quotation is what is produced.

Yes. Where the body already exists, a sample is made with your logo, colour and finish, and that approved sample is the standard the order is checked against; a new body is tooled first and sampled before bulk production. Sample cost and timing are confirmed with the quotation for your product.
