Can you actually manufacture it?

01 — Factory Overview

Two lines, one order.

Two lines run the sequence under one roof. Most operations are in-house; the rest is bought out under supplier qualification and incoming inspection.

In-house and partner-managed

Every step in the sequence below sits on our own two lines, except the parts we buy out: some lids, accessories, packaging, electrolytic finishing and coating. Those carry the same supplier qualification, incoming QC and batch traceability, and outsourcing does not change our quality and delivery responsibility to you.

02 — Processes on the Floor

Eight steps, in the order the product meets them.

Each step is described by what it does, not by a list of machines.

  1. 01

    Forming

The stainless blank is drawn into the profile of the body.

  2. 02

    Welding

The body is closed where the profile needs a seam or a base.

  3. 03

    Vacuum Process

The space between the walls is evacuated on insulated products.

  4. 04

    Polishing

The surface is brought to the finish the product is specified with.

  5. 05

    Printing & Laser

Logo printing — laser engraving, silk printing and 3D printing — carries the logo at the agreed size and position.

  6. 06

    Assembly

Lids, straws and silicone parts are fitted so one order ships complete.

  7. 07

    Inspection

The batch is checked against the approved sample and specification.

  8. 08

    Packing

Retail box, gift box or carton, packed to the agreed packaging specification.

03 — Factory in Pictures

Real frames, not stock.

Production, process, surface, logo, inspection, finished goods. One clear subject per frame, one crop standard, so the six can be read without decoding them.

04 — Request a Quote

Tell us what you need made.

The more you fill in, the more usable the answer: a bulk price, an MOQ and a lead time rather than a range. For a factory visit, say the dates you have in mind.

What helps a fast answer

  • Product or reference model — a category, a model, or a drawing of your own
  • Quantity — target pieces per SKU
  • Customization — logo, color, surface finish and packaging

Artwork, a drawing or a reference photo can follow afterwards on WhatsApp, quoting the product you asked about.
