Terms & Conditions
The terms this website runs on, where the terms of an order live, and what happens when a batch is not what was agreed.

In short
The position, said briefly.
The sections below say the same thing in full, in the order a reviewer reads them.
- This website describes what we make. Nothing on it is an offer, a price list or a promise of stock.
- An order exists in writing: your requirement, our quotation, our order confirmation — then production.
- Bulk orders run on 30% deposit and 70% balance; open-account terms are not offered at present.
- Where a product changes, production follows the sample you approve, and print colour is judged against that sample rather than a screen.
- A certificate or report is cited for the product, material, coating, component and market it covers — never as a general claim.
01
Who we are
This website is published by Jinhua Gaolan Metal Products Co., Ltd., Shentang Industrial Zone, Wuyi County, Jinhua, Zhejiang, China, trading as Icoflask. Email admin@icobottle.com, or send a message on WhatsApp to +86 138 1998 9268.
These terms apply to the use of this website. They are not the terms of an order — the terms of an order are the ones confirmed in writing for that order.
02
What this website is
This website describes stainless steel drinkware and the OEM and private-label work around it: customizing a product that already exists, developing a new one, manufacturing it, controlling its quality, and the route from the first enquiry to shipment.
It is information, not an offer. Nothing here is a price list, a stock guarantee or a commitment to a specification, a lead time or a certification. Products, sizes and finishes are described by category; what your order is made to is the specification agreed in writing with it.
03
How an order comes about
- You send the requirement — through the form on this site, by email or on WhatsApp — with the product or reference model, the quantity and what should change.
- We review it and prepare a quotation for that requirement and that quantity.
- Where the product has to change, a sample or first article is made and approved before production.
- We confirm the order in writing.
- Production, inspection and shipment follow, with the delivery arrangement agreed for that shipment.
A quotation is prepared for one requirement and one quantity. How long it stays open, the payment schedule, the delivery arrangement and the warranty belong to the quotation and the order confirmation, not to this website.
04
Payment, currency and delivery
Bulk orders run on 30% deposit and 70% balance; open-account terms are not offered at present.
Currency, freight, insurance and import duties are agreed with the quotation, because they depend on the destination and on how that shipment travels. Nothing on this website fixes them.
05
Samples, artwork and print colour
Where a product has to change, production follows the sample you approve. That approved sample is the reference a batch is measured against, which is why it is signed off before production rather than after.
A print colour on a coated, anodised or painted surface may not reproduce an artwork colour exactly, and colour is judged against the approved sample rather than against a screen.
Drawings, artwork and specifications you send stay yours: we use them to make your order and we do not reuse them for another customer.
06
Product information and photographs
Photographs, drawings, mock-ups and stated measurements on this site are indicative. Stainless steel, coatings and printing vary slightly from batch to batch, and a photograph shows one batch under one light.
What you receive is described by the specification agreed for your order and the sample you approved — not by the picture on a web page.
07
Documents, certificates and third-party inspection
A certificate or test report is cited where it applies, and its scope is part of it: the specific product, material, coating, component and target market it covers. A document we hold is shared for the products it covers; it is not a general statement about every product or every destination.
Third-party inspection is welcome at whichever point of the order matters to you. The inspection company, standard, timing, scope, fee and reinspection rule are agreed in advance. Where a third-party conclusion and our own inspection disagree, the sample, batch, test method, tolerance and equipment calibration are compared, and a mutually accepted retest is used if it is needed.
08
Our content, and your artwork
The text, photographs, drawings and layout of this website belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use.
The logos, drawings and artwork you send remain yours.
09
Liability
This website is provided as information about what we make and how we work. It is not a replacement for a written specification, and we are not responsible for a decision taken from a web page alone.
Our responsibility for a delivered order is the one agreed in writing for that order. Nothing on this page excludes a responsibility that cannot be excluded by law.
10
Governing law and disputes
We are a company registered in the People's Republic of China. A contract we enter into is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and a dispute would be heard by the competent court where we are, in Jinhua, Zhejiang.
Before it reaches that, we would rather look at the problem: put the batch, the approved sample, the test method and the records in front of us and we will work through it from the evidence.

Changes to these terms
These terms can change, and the date at the top of the page shows the current version. The three legal pages are the Privacy Policy, the Terms & Conditions and the Cookie Policy.
